Camel Acrylic Painting
I painted this to test my skills in portraits after a break and I’m so happy with the results. There are decorative floral embossed shapes in the background layer and the camel is done using brush and knife. I finished off with a varnish gloss. I love doing Portraits whether of animals or humans, and each manifests qualities of personality that are distinctly theirs. This camel one has an innocent grace that shines out through her eyes. The camel, being the most enduring of creatures makes her the unchallenged Star of the desert and can inspire the viewer with all her qualities.
